A Warm Welcome at Lichfield Cathedral

Lichfield Cathedral will be joining with venues around Lichfield District this winter to provide a safe space for people to meet, share stories and get free hot drinks and biscuits.
Each Monday, Lichfield Cathedral will be opening up College Hall in the Close as a Place of Welcome from 13:30-18:00*.
People from all over Lichfield are invited to come along and warm up with free hot drinks, spend time with new people and chat for a while. There will be quizzes, jigsaws and some toys for children for everyone to enjoy the company of others.
David Primrose, one of the canons at Lichfield Cathedral, extends an invite to everyone: “Come and spend time with us every Monday afternoon in the warmth of College Hall. Enjoy free cups of tea and a chat and make new friends. This is the invitation being extended to people across Lichfield as your Cathedral joins the Places of Welcome network, with College Hall being open every Monday from 1.30pm-6pm*. It is part of a local initiative supported by our District Council.”
The Warm Welcome at Lichfield Cathedral is part of Places of Welcome, a network of safe places where people can connect, belong and contribute. For more information visit: www.placesofwelcome.org.uk.
