Director of Music – Ben Lamb Ben Lamb is Director of Music at Lichfield Cathedral. His love of choral music was kindled as a chorister at Salisbury Cathedral, and has been a key part of his life ever since.

Organist and Assistant Director of Music – Martyn Rawles Martyn Rawles is Organist and Assistant Director of Music at Lichfield Cathedral, where he plays for the majority of services.

Assistant Organist – Nigel Argust For the last twenty years Nigel has been closely associated with the music at Lichfield Cathedral. He is an Assistant Organist and works in the Cathedral's 'MusicShare' outreach project to schools.

Honorary Assistant Organist - Liam Condon  Liam joined Lichfield Cathedral as Organ Scholar in 2019.

Chorister Singing Tutor – Ailsa Cochrane

Ailsa has been singing teacher to the Choristers at Lichfield Cathedral since 2007. 

Chorister Singing Tutor – Isabel Toy

Leading a busy career, Isabel continues to perform as well as teach extensively both within the education sector and privately, taking great interest in vocal rehabilitation.

MusicShare is an award-winning Schools Singing Programme that works with local primary, secondary and special schools to encourage children to sing.

MusicShare is a partnership between Lichfield Cathedral School, Lichfield Cathedral and The Music Partnership.
