Lent is a season of prayer, simplicity, forgiveness and contemplation.
The tradition has been to fast or give something up during this period to help with the practice of spiritual discipline.
Lent is a time of preparation for the great celebration of Easter.

Come to the Table - A Nourishing Lent Course
Wednesdays 25 February, 4, 11, 18, 25 March & 1 April
19:00 -21:00
Inspired by hosting the Fenland Black Oak Table, this year’s Lent course offers a unique opportunity to reflect on the power of shared meals, exploring how Jesus, in the Gospel accounts, builds community and brings healing by gathering people around the table.
Led by the home team, these sessions will include open discussion and space to consider how we might become a force for good in a community deeply in need of faith, hope, and love. We hope you will join us for this inclusive and thought-provoking journey.
Join us in the Cathedral - at the Table…Entry is FREE and All are welcome.
