Come and join our Lichfield Cathedral Crib Service Choir with Classic FM’s Music Teacher of the Year!
Singing as part of a choir at Christmas is really magical and we’d love to give you the opportunity to come and sing as part of the Lichfield Cathedral Crib Service Choir alongside Cathy Lamb and MusicShare – winner of Classic FM’s 2025 Music Teacher of the Year for Best Education Initiative! With a core built up of Lichfield Cathedral Young Voices – the plan is to have 4 rehearsals in the lead up to Christmas Eve, which will take place in Minster Hall as follows:
Monday 24th November 4.30-5.30pm
Monday 1st December 4.30-5.30pm
Monday 8th December 4.30-5.30pm
Monday 15th December 4.30-5.30pm
Final Event – Crib Service in Lichfield Cathedral
Wednesday 24th December
1pm Final rehearsal in the Cathedral (arrive having eaten own lunch)
1.30-2.15pm Crib Service 1
2.15-3pm Games and activities and refreshments will be put on for the choir
3-3.45pm Crib Service 2
4pm Collect children from within the Cathedral
