Lichfield Cathedral is delighted to announce the winners of the 2024 Christmas Tree Festival.

Business – Tippers Builders Merchants

Charity – Knitbitz (St Andrew’s Church, Chelmsley Wood)

School – St Michael’s C.E. (C) Primary School, Lichfield

Some very strong runners up were Foster with Staffordshire, Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide, and St Joseph's Catholic Primary School, Lichfield.

The winning charity and school will each receive a cash prize while the winning business will receive a trophy which they can proudly display at their premises.

The annual Christmas Tree Festival run by The Friends of Lichfield Cathedral has become a festive tradition at the Cathedral. From the end of November to beginning of January, 53 real Christmas Trees lined the Quire aisles and were decorated by local businesses, charities, and schools. Visitors to the Cathedral were invited to vote for their favourite.
